Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

    • We might send your promotional emails with an option to unsubscribe.
  • If you are a Vendor (Definition of Vendor: any individual / organization / group of people / company / proprietorship / vendor / offering any kind of service / product / experience)
    • We help you post your information in a pre-defined format along with services that you offer. All the information is shared directly on the portal and users could connect to you. We might send your promotional emails with an option to unsubscribe.
  • If you are a Customer (Definition of Customer: any individual / organization / group of people / company / proprietorship / vendor visiting portal or connecting with temple or vendor or sharing input in any form)
    • Whenever you login on our portal, we store the information shared by you in our database. We might send your promotional emails with an option to unsubscribe. Additionally, we share your details with our vendors so that they could connect to you directly.

Map My Temple puts in best of its efforts to help temples, vendors and customers and expect them to comply with all the legal aspect and operate within the legal purview. We are always there to help temples, vendors and customers however, we are not responsible for any information or service or dispute or any kind of legal challenge and will not be a party in any form.

We might change the Privacy Statement from time to time. If you care about your privacy, visit this page regularly and you’ll know exactly where you stand. If we make changes to the Privacy Statement which will have an impact on you (for example, if we intend to process your personal data for other purposes than communicated in the past in this Privacy Statement), we will notify you of these changes before the new activities begin.

In case of any legal dispute / challenge / consumer forum related issues the jurisdiction will be District Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India (under the court of Ayodhya), referred as Ayodhya here. In case of appointment of arbitrator – the arbitration tribunal shall consist of sole arbitrator to be appointed through mutual discussion of both the Parties. The place of arbitration will be Ayodhya the official language of the arbitration will be English or Hindi.
